Return and Exchange Policy
- If there is a defect due to shipping, the customer has the right to request a refund and receive a full refund, provided that the claim is made immediately upon receiving the product. Otherwise, the store is not responsible.
- If a problem is found with the product during inspection by the company, the customer is entitled to a full refund to the card used for payment within a maximum of 60 days.
- If there is a delay in the agreed-upon delivery time, the customer has the right to request a refund within 60 days without any liability.
- The company is entitled to refund the paid amount to the customer within a maximum of 60 days if there is any fault in the product inspection period.
- After payment, the customer is not entitled to claim the device at the company’s headquarters or warehouse.
