Return and Exchange Policy

  1. If there is a defect due to shipping, the customer has the right to request a refund and receive a full refund, provided that the claim is made immediately upon receiving the product. Otherwise, the store is not responsible.
  2. If a problem is found with the product during inspection by the company, the customer is entitled to a full refund to the card used for payment within a maximum of 60 days.
  3. If there is a delay in the agreed-upon delivery time, the customer has the right to request a refund within 60 days without any liability.
  4. The company is entitled to refund the paid amount to the customer within a maximum of 60 days if there is any fault in the product inspection period.
  5. After payment, the customer is not entitled to claim the device at the company’s headquarters or warehouse.
